Even though I slept through most of the race (hey, it was late) the last 30 laps were very exciting.

Jimmie Johnson’s car was at a Lowe’s in Ardmore yesterday. My wonderful grandma and mom went over and took pictures for me. Now, if Jimmie himself had been there, I would’ve made the trip myself. Once we get back to North Carolina, we’re going to hit a couple of NASCAR races.

The girls spent the weekend with Grammy, and I’ve got to go get them soon. Little Miss has a bronchial infection. When that baby gets sick, she really gets sick. But it never affects her appitite. Got some possible good news from The Man. We’ll find out very soon if it’s going to happen or not.

I missed the race today, but a quick check over at NASCAR.com tells me that my favorite little Lowe’s car driver finished in 8th place. Not too shabby.

The insurance adjustor is supposed to come and check out my car tomorrow to see how much damage the accident caused. Hopefully it won’t take long to get fixed.

I’ve added a bunch of pictures to the gallery. And that’s about all.
